Tender: Bulk Pineapple Plants for Community Food Security

Vector Group Charitable Trust invites tenders from suppliers for the bulk purchase of pineapple plants. This initiative is a core part of our mission to enhance food security and kai resilience within the Te Puke community.

We are seeking a minimum of 1,000 to 5,000 healthy pineapple plants, specifically the Cayenne or Queens varieties.

Tender Requirements:

Submissions must include:

• A detailed proposal with the quantity, variety, and cost of plants available.
• Information on the origin and any certifications (e.g., organic, disease-free) of your stock.
• Details on your company’s sustainability practices.
• A proposed delivery schedule and logistics to Te Puke, Bay of Plenty.
• Information on any potential for partnership, charitable donations, or outright purchase at a reasonable price.
• Confirmation that the plants are not subject to any licensing or stipulations.
