Youth Development and Engagement

Taiohi-led, co-created, and grounded in belonging — the reason Vector Group exists.

We began with one question: why do young people in Te Puke feel disconnected? The answer was belonging. This programme strengthens youth wellbeing, participation, confidence, and contribution across Te Puke and the Bay of Plenty.

Young people are co-creators, not passive recipients. Our trust deed calls for work that is youth- and community-led, creative, strategic, transparent, and collaborative. Our story · All programmes
