Council and regional record
What this hub is for
Vector Group Charitable Trust operates youth development, kai resilience, community programmes, and regional digital infrastructure under one charitable mandate (CC45966). Transparency pages document what we built first, what we submitted to council, and how that lineage continues today — without requiring visitors to piece the story together from scattered blog posts.
Additional accountability pieces (for example open letters where collaboration and public funding diverge) will be listed here when published.
