Are you ready for the 2017 HP48 Hours!
This year we are mixing things up! We have a new (somewhat controversial) set of rules, some great prizes and the new ULTRA48 for our experienced teams.
Please read this email carefully as it contains important information for you and your team.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
You are responsible for your own Health and Safety but we aim to help by providing links to information about your responsibilities and obligations and paperwork to assist with this. While HP48 Hours is a competition and team members are not being paid you are all still responsible for making sure that everyone is safe. Please see Health and Safety obligations here. You will also find your release forms on this page.
WRAP UP FORM
Your team leader will receive an email at 3pm Wednesday 23rd August with a link to the on-line wrap up form, this must be completed and submitted between 7pm on Friday 25th August and 7pm on Sunday 27th August. The form will not be available before then and you can edit details about your team/crew/music etc then. Check in your spam folder if you haven’t received it.
In the 15th year of the competition we have brought in some new rules. Please read them and share with your team.
OUT OF TOWN TEAMS
This year we are only accepting digital submissions from the out of town teams, you must fill out your online wrap up form and upload your film through our Digital Pigeon server before 7 pm Sunday 27th August. There is more information on our website here.
We will publish all the team’s genre number on the relevant city info page on our website.
We will also be publishing all information about the heat’s on the city info pages.
All the prizes and awards that are up for grabs are listed here. A big thank you to all of our sponsors, who help make this competition what it is.
We look forward to seeing you all at the City Final in the different regions.
The City Final Tickets will go on sale on Monday 28th August.

ULTRA48 is now open to veterans of the competition with at least five years experience who think they have what it takes to go some extra miles for HP48. We have listed the brave teams who have registered for this extra challenge here – last chance to let us know!
