A public consultation process for Council’s Draft Te Puke Town Centre Plan was held between December 2005 and February 2006. The hearings were held on Tuesday 7 February at the Te Puke Memorial Hall, and Council’s Policy Committee met on 13 February to consider the issues raised by submitters and make decisions. The final plan was adopted at a Council meeting on 16 March 2006.

This Plan gives real meaning to the word ‘community’…
